Request permanent deletion of your NRI Federation account and all associated personal data, including profile credentials, investment inquiries, saved preferences, uploaded documents, and communications. Compliant with Google Play Store Account Deletion Policy, DPDP Act 2023, and GDPR.
What WILL be deleted
- •Your user account, member credentials, and profile information
- •Login credentials, authentication tokens, and passwords
- •Investment inquiries, consultation records, and saved listings
- •Uploaded identification documents, KYC records, and photos
- •Direct chat histories, helpdesk tickets, and support logs
- •Device identifiers (FCM tokens, Advertising ID, OS identifiers)
- •Crash logs, telemetry, and diagnostics tied to your identity
- •In-app preferences, notification settings, and saved filters
What may be retained
- •Anonymized aggregated data: Statistical metrics stripped of any personal identifiers (no longer linkable to you).
- •Encrypted backup archives: Maintained for disaster recovery for up to 90 days, then permanently overwritten.
- •Statutory records required by law: Financial transaction records, invoices, and anti-fraud audit logs (retained up to 7 years per regulatory mandates).
- •Builder or partner records: Binding contracts signed directly with third-party verified developers must be closed directly with them.
- •Legal hold data: Retained only for the duration of active dispute resolution or judicial proceedings.
Deletion Timeline & SLA
Confirmation email: within 72 hours · Account access disabled: within 7 days · Full data deletion completed: within 30 days of initial request.

Open the NRI Federation mobile app → Settings / Profile → Account Management → Delete Account → confirm with your password or OTP.
